Below are the terms of use wich we request you (as the User) to read before using our submit and search systems on our websites. If you decide to use our submit or search systems then you are automaticly bound in agreement to these Terms of Use.

Slide The Web reserves the right to alter these terms without prior notice and to be in effect at time of publishing. Any usage of our submit or search system remains bound by these (revised) terms at time of usage. Usage of our submit and search systems may be of personal and commercial use.

1. Description of Service

Slide The Web provides public content submit and search systems where results are presented using visual content. Part of our systems are free and available for all users world wide. As such the content submitted through these systems may not reflect our policies. We make no guarantee that the content made available through our systems is according to our policies though provide ways to report content in violation of our policies and terms of use.

2. Privacy Policy

All information we aquire from our Users (customers and visitors) is subject to our Privacy Policy were we explain how we handle the (personal) data of submitters, advertisers and visitors of our submit and search systems (refered to as the Services).

3. User Conduct

The User of the Services are subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations. User agrees: (1) to comply with European law regarding the transmission of technical data exported through the Services; (2) not to use the Services for illegal purposes; (3) not to interfere or disrupt networks connected to the Services; and (4) to comply with all regulations, policies and procedures of networks connected to the Services. (5) User agrees not to transmit through the Services material that is unlawful, unauthorized, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature. User further agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation. Attempts to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems are prohibited. (6) User shall not interfere with another User's use of the Services. Actions of such kind may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and subsequent release of your registered slidemarks to the public.

4. Minors and Parental consent

Slide The Web requests that minors do not submit or post any information using the Services without a parent or guardian's consent. Slide The Web will not knowingly use information that a minor provides for any marketing, selling or promotional purposes. Ultimately, it shall be the parent or guardian's responsibility for the acts and actions of the minor with respect to the use of the Services.

5. No Representations Or Warranties

The services provided through our web sites and the content, information, documents, graphics and images published hereat could include errors of typographic nature or other and errors due to technical representation problems. We strive to present our web sites in proper form and soforth we reserve the right to alter, remove or fully replace parts or whole of the content on our web sites without prior notice. The Services and content on our web sites are provided 'As is' meaning they are without warranty and you agree to waive all such warranties. Advertisers agree to update their submitted content when applyable though are free to choose so in a reasonable period of time.

6. Notice

All notices to a party shall be in natural language and shall be made either via e-mail or conventional postal mail. Slide The Web may broadcast notices or messages through the Services to inform User of changes to our policies, the Services, or other matters of importance; such broadcasts shall constitute notice to User.

7. Security

When provided with an account and login information for such you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the provided information and are fully responsible for all conduct carried out on this account. We are not liable for any loss of confidentiality or for any damages arising from your failure to comply with these terms. You will promptly report any unauthorized use of your password to us and when required will modify your password to prevent suspected abuse.

9. Reselling and sublicensing

Slide The Web does not allow any of the Services to be resold or sublicensed to third parties not registered as a customer in our adminstration. Actions of such kind may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and subsequent release of your registered slidemarks to the public.

10. International Usage

We do not represent that all content and services on our Web site are appropriate or available for use in all geographic locations, especially some locations. Our systems allow geographic targeting and such is advised to our advertisers. Accessing certain content from certain locations may be illegal and prohibited. Those who do access content and services from such locations act on their own initiative and we are not responsible for their compliance with local laws or other applicable laws. You will not access the foregoing where prohibited by law.

11. Proprietary rights to content

User acknowledges that content provided to a User through the search results is possibly protected by copyrights or other proprietary rights and appending laws and agrees to follow the directives of these rights as refered to on the search results to obtain proper authorisation and license from the owner or its representative for using the protected content.

12. (External) Hyper links

The Services may provide hyper links to other web sites or resources. User acknowledges and agrees that Slide The Web is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. User agrees that Slide The Web shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on such external sites or resources.

13. Advertiser promotions and participation

User may enter into correspondence with or participate in promotions of the Advertisers showing their products or information through the Services. Any such correspondence or promotions, including the delivery of and the payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such correspondence or promotions, are solely between the corresponding User and the Advertiser. Slide The Web assumes no liability, obligation or responsibility for any part of any such correspondence or promotion.

14. Disclaimer

The Services (our web sites and their contents) are provided without any representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Slide The Web disclaim all representations and warranties, including by way of example but not limitation, as to fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. In addition, Slide The Web does not represent or warrants that the content and substracted information accessible via the Services are accurate, complete or current, or that this content will be free of defects, including, but not limited to, viruses or other harmful elements. User of this website assumes all costs arising as a result of the use of this website.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, Slide The Web and any of their respective directors, employees, affiliates or other representatives will be not be liable for loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the content and/or facilities offered through our web sites, including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damages, loss of data, income, profit or opportunity, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) even if Slide The Web has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages or such loss or damages were reasonably foreseeable. If this clause is unforceable in whole or in part in any jurisdiction due to relevant laws, then in no event shall Slide The Web's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and claims exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Services in the period of loss or damages.

16. Termination and Cancelation

You may cancel your use of the Services and/or terminate this Agreement with or without cause at any time by providing notice to Slide The Web by canceling through your online service admin provided however, that a terminated account may continue to exist for up to three business days before such cancellation takes effect.

Slide The Web reserves the right to suspend your account or terminate the Services and this Agreement at any time. Cancelation and termination of accounts are proceeded by notice by email, on the condition that a valid email address is provided through the Services, and effective immediatly after succesful receipt of the notice.

17. Choice of Law; Jurisdiction.

These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European union and international conventions, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence. Any claims, legal proceeding or litigation arising in connection with the Services will be brought solely in Den Hague, the Netherlands and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
